Q: Is it really free?
A: The applications offered at
www.injecneering.com are absolutely free of charge. The only limitaion is that you will not be able to print reports.
Q: So if they are free, why buying the licensed version?
A: There are four reasons you may want to purchase the licensed version:
1) Report printt functionality. Your will be able to print and export reports.
2) Convenience. You want to use the application off-line or you want to have easy and fast access to all the applications using a single interface as oppose to visiting our web page and open each application separately every time you need them.
3) Restrictions in your system. If your system has security restrictions to run applications from the internet and your IT department is not allowed to modify them, the programs will not load. In that case, you may want to install the demo or license version.
4) To support us. For a very reasonable price you get a great product while helping us to continue improving our programs and offer an innovative option to the plastics industry.
Q: If I have the paid version in my computer, can others at my company still use the free versions?
A: Yes they can. Also, they can set up their system to read and write the same database your application is set-up for and vice versa.
Q: Is the demo version time limited? What are the restrictions?
A: No. It is not time limited. You can use it for as long as you want. The only restriction is that you cannot save your calculations. In future releases, there will also be some reports available in paid version only. If all you need is to run calculations without saving them or you just want to try the program to decide on the purchase, the demo version is the right choice.
Q: If I am using the free versions, can I still request customer support?
A: Absolutely. We make no distinction between the paid and the free versions when it comes to support. Any questions or difficulties you encounter please let us know.
