When a ProMax-One program is first installed or ran, two database files may be downloaded. If while in the download window an error code is generated, it can be for one of two reasons: your operating system is a win64 based system or you are running the application on Windows 2000. Our applications run only on Win32 based operating systems. Also, the applications are compatible with Windows XP and up only.

If your operating system is not win64 based and Windows XP or higher and you are getting an error, please contact us to help you troubleshoot the issue.
